A successful wedding fayre at Chewton Place.

Chewton Place wedding fayre, Sunday 6th of February.

Hi All,

We had a very successful and fun day, during our time at the wedding fayre in Chewton Place, Keynsham. The wedding fayre was organised by the Guild of Professional Wedding Services, which we are proud to be members of. There was a very good attendance and everything went very smoothly. It was good for us to meet; not just new clients but also other members of the Guild, we have already built very strong relationships with some of the Guild members. It was also nice to meet new members and future business acquaintance's.

I was asked by the Guild member secretary, who is the owner of Englands Finest Cars Jayne Hobbs, to capture some of the catwalk show during the day. I have attached several of the images photographed.

Hannah and Peter, The Pony and Trap, Chew Magna.

Hannah and Peter, The Pony and Trap, Chew Magna.
23rd of December 2010.

It isn't very often where you have an opportunity of photographing wedding's in the snow, this was my second wedding in 2010, but they were at opposite ends of the year, January and December. December was much colder, I don't think the temperature in the day rose above -4c, so it was very cold. Hannah and Peter were absolutely fantastic, as you can see from their images, Hannah wore a fur shrug which helped a bit. The church they were married in looked stunning in the snow, a picture postcard image.
Peter being head chef of Casamia, based in Westbury-on-Trym, was recently featured on Gordon Ramsey's "Best Restaurant" competition and WON! This has earned the restaurant the highest accolade of a Michelin star, the only one in Bristol. Peter is also the youngest person in the country to hold such an honour.
I wish Hannah and Peter all the best for the future and I know their restaurant will be a huge success.
