"Classic beauty" is awarded Bronze in the Traditional Wedding Photography monthly competition by the SWPP (Society of Wedding & Portrait Photographers) This picture was taken at Emma and Graham's wonderful wedding, held at Wellington Barn in Wiltershire.

"Severn Bridge, sunlight through the clouds" is awarded Gold in the Landscape Photography monthly competition by the SWPP (Society of Wedding & Portrait Photographers) This is great recognition, as the images are judged by other professional photographers. It's nice to know that all my time and patience, waiting for the right light and mood were worth it.

As you will see from some of the ceremony photographs this was more emotional than most wedding vows. The goom, Graham is in the armed forces and is now serving in Afghanistan for the next six months. The whole family looked beautiful including the couple’s two children Ebony and Harley. Good luck to a wonderful couple and all the best for a safe and happy future.

As I saw this balloon from "Bristol Balloons" travelling over Emersons Green, I thought I would grab my camera and take a quick snap. Luckily the "Bristol Balloons" logo was in the perfect position for this image.

Nicola and Ian were an absolutely lovely couple to work with and Kate and myself had so much fun on their special day. Nicola looked stunning in an unusual tea length dress. I captured some great shots of Ian and the boys on the pelican crossing outside the venue, recreating the Beatles, Abbey Road album shots. Well done to both the groom and the best man for some very funny speeches.
