The Ramada Grange, Winterbourne, Bristol.

It's not often a photographer has the pleasure of photographing in such picturesque conditions, Samantha and Richard had the ideal dream winter wedding. This was a very cold day, and they braved it magnificently. Due to the slippery condition's, Kate and I both wore sock's on the outside of our shoe's to stop us slipping, they looked a bit silly but they were brilliant as they did a great job (thanks for the suggestion Gill). I like photographing at the Grange, as it's a bit of a home from home, I have photographed there on quite a few occasion's. Val who co-ordinated the day did a fantastic job, as usual, well done Val.

2nd Winter wedding at Priston Mill 2009

Another winter wedding at Priston Mill and another happy and excited couple, Natasha and Chris. The Tythe Barn is an ideal place for a wedding, the venue is perfectly laid out and is surrounded by beautiful countryside, with a stream running through the grounds. The staff are excellent and the manager, Erik Floch, is extremely helpful and organised. I have included a quote that Natasha and Chris have sent me. I'm so glad they had the perfect wedding day.
"Our wedding was amazing and we can't thank you enough for your efforts on the day. We have checked out our pictures on line and they look fantastic. We are both delighted with how they turned out, so all the posing in the cold was worth it!
I'd just like to thank you again for some stunning pictures. As someone who absolutely hates having her photo taken, it's so nice to finally have some photos that I'll treasure forever and will be proud to display! Thank you."

Priston Mill in November

A winter wedding at Priston Mill, Bath.
Carrie and Adam were very accommodating for their wedding, it had started to turn quiet cold during November, but we still managed to get some photographs outside.

A well deserved holiday in the Red Sea.

I'm posting a few photography blog's which have happened over the last several months, starting with a well deserved holiday in the Red Sea. This wasn't work related, but I thought I would post a few pictures I took while I was out there; enjoying the sun and the amazing reef life.

My first Blog!!!!

Hi All,
I have left it far too long to start my Aston Hue Photography Blog. This year, like previous years, have been extremely busy, but there has now been a major change, my wife now works full time for Aston Hue Photography. Kate has a great eye for imagery and offers bespoke creative ability on pictures and album design. For Kate and the business we felt this was a positive and required step in developing a successful company. Here's to 2010 and the future, we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Karl and Kate,
